Your appointment FAQs

Arrival time
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If this is your first appointment we will go through your consultation form together and discuss your needs. When you arrive please message Daniella and we will open the gate for you. Please note lateness will impact your treatment time. Your treatment time will commence once you are comfortable and on the massage table. Your appointment duration also includes aftercare advice as well as a warm cuppa!

What to wear
Please wear comfortable clothes and underwear. Although every effort is made to ensure no oil product transfer to clothing occurs there will be oil on your skin that may rub off on clothing.

Hygiene and comfort
Good personal hygiene is essential and appreciated. Please arrive clean and fresh for your appointment especially if you have had a busy day or attend the gym beforehand.
Underwear must be worn at all times to ensure your confidence and comfort for both you and your massage therapist. Thank you for helping to keep the studio comfortable and fresh for all that attend.

Safety
This is a professional healing space. Any inappropriate requests, enquiries or suggestive behaviour of a sexual nature will be reported to the police immediately, this includes messages, form submissions, emails or during an appointment. The premises has camera surveillance and an alarm system to ensure these boundaries are maintained at all times.

Contacting Daniella
Daniella is often in treatments throughout the day and therefore calls and messages may go unanswered. Daniella will reply to your calls/messages as soon as the studio is free - this may be between clients or at the end of the working day, but always within 48 hours.

Cancellation policy
All appointment cancellations have to be made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment start time. Failure to cancel with enough notice may mean you will lose your deposit. Repeated cancellations with short notice may jeopardise your ability to make future appointments. That being said, Daniella completely understands that emergencies do occur and a change to your appointment date/time will always be accommodated where possible.
